Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Calco Labs LLC (“Calco Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Verify.Cafe, Raid.Cafe, and related tools and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to operate the Services:
- Wallet information: your public XRPL wallet address and signed verification messages. We never collect or store seed phrases or private keys.
- Discord account information: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the servers and roles relevant to verification, provided through Discord's OAuth.
- On-chain data: publicly available NFT, token, and trait holdings associated with a connected wallet, used to evaluate access rules.
- Community / engagement data: where you use raid and alert tools, data needed to operate those features (for example, linked social accounts and activity you direct us to track).
- Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
2. How We Use Information
- To verify wallet ownership and assign or remove Discord roles based on holdings;
- To operate community features such as raids, alerts, and notifications;
- To secure the Services, prevent abuse, and debug issues;
- To communicate with you about the Services when necessary;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with service providers that process data on our behalf, such as:
- Discord — authentication and role management;
- Wallet and XRPL providers (e.g., Xaman/XUMM, WalletConnect) and XRPL data providers — ownership verification and on-chain lookups;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., Vercel) and database providers (e.g., Supabase) — to run and store data for the Services;
- Social platform APIs (e.g., X) where you use features that connect them.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Calco Labs LLC or others.
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your account data as described below.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Public blockchain data is, by its nature, publicly visible.
6. Your Choices & Rights
You can disconnect Discord or a wallet at any time, and you can revoke third-party app access from within those platforms. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children, and you must be at least 18 years old to use them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
