Sixteen months of Fuzzybears. Nine months of their reflection. What 6,966 sales, one climbing floor, and the traits nobody will sell say about the strangest twin collections on the XRP Ledger.
Every market leaves a paper trail. This one leaves two — and they face each other. Fuzzybears launched March 21, 2025: 3,210 bears, minted in a frenzy that did over a thousand trades in its first ten days. sraebyzzuF arrived October 1, 2025 — 1,230 mirrored bears, claimed with the golden tickets from the Fuzzy Bars chocolate drop, their very trait names written backwards (ruF, raewdaeH, seyE). Same artist's hand, same clock-obsessed project, same unanswered question — but two very different markets. This dossier reads both ledgers, end to end.
Fuzzybears' sale history is a classic four-act story. Act one: the mint-month gold rush — 1,115 sales in ten March days at a median of 45 XRP, then 1,349 more in April as the median quadrupled. Act two: the summer 2025 peak — June and July medians near 600 XRP, with the collection's first five-figure sales. Act three: the long cool-down — by December the median sat at 151 XRP and volume touched its all-time monthly low. Act four: the revival — March 2026, the month Fuzzycards launched, brought 365 sales, a 16,589 XRP record, and a climb that hasn't stopped: July 2026's median of 711 XRP is the highest in the collection's history.

sraebyzzuF compressed the same shape into nine months: 572 sales in launch-month October (golden-ticket claims changing hands), the winter dip, the March 2026 spike — and then something Fuzzybears never did: five straight months of rising medians. July 2026's median of 914 XRP is nearly triple January's. The reflection is outrunning the original.

xrp.cafe charts the listed floor on each collection page; for one cross-collection view in trade terms, this dossier uses each month's effective flooris the 5th-percentile sale — the price the cheapest real trades actually cleared at. By that measure, Fuzzybears' floor has walked from ~23 XRP in mint month to ~36 in April, ~360 by June 2025, wintering near 100–140, then climbing every month of 2026 to ~483 XRP in July. sraebyzzuF's effective floor started at ~123 XRP and now clears at ~534.
Today's live floors sit well above those long-run clears: 749 XRP for a Fuzzybear and 829 XRPfor a raebyzzuF on xrp.cafe — the reflection asking more than the original, nine months in. Across all marketplaces roughly one bear in seven carries an ask (468 Fuzzybears and 177 sraebyzzuF listed today) — and as the next exhibits show, the deeper scarcity isn't in the listings. It's in the wallets that have never sold at all.
The record books read like the project's own riddles. The all-time high is Fuzzybear #0 — the genesis bear — at 16,589 XRP(~$23K), sold March 22, 2026, one day after the collection's first birthday. Fuzzybear #7 took 11,885.9 XRP on July 7, 2025 — sevens on sevens. And the amounts repeat like a chorus: 5,983.6 XRP cleared three separate times, 10,158.9 XRP twice — once for Fuzzybear #422, once for raebyzzuF #321, whose number needs no introduction and whose 10,158.9 XRP sale on March 27, 2026 stands as the mirror collection's record. raebyzzuF #589 — the other sacred XRP number — sold for exactly 6,589 XRP. In this market, even the price tags wink.
Hours before this dossier published, a bear that has never traded once walked out of the vault. Fuzzybear #1556 — rarity rank #10 of 3,210, tinfoil hat over a rainbow grin, held by mint hands since March 2025 — appeared on png.cafe's $FUZZY marketplace asking 350,000,000 $FUZZY, roughly 15,000 XRP at today's rate. For scale: that is 3.5× the largest $FUZZY trade ever recorded, and if it clears at ask it books as the second-largest Fuzzybears sale in history— behind only the genesis bear's 16,589 XRP.
Is the ask crazy? The top-25 rarity board says it's at least a conversation. Ten of the twenty-five rarest Fuzzybears — #1556 included until now — have never sold. Among the fifteen that have, the best sale averages ~3,770 XRP, and the ceiling keeps moving: rank-8 #1923 took 4,572 XRP as recently as November, rank-19 #614 cleared 3,421 in April. Nothing in this tier has been available at a floor-adjacent price in over a year.

Join every sale to every bear's metadata and three different leaderboards emerge. The most-tradedtraits are the crowd favorites — hats, mostly. Conical-hat Fuzzybears (130 exist) have changed hands 311 times, Sailor caps 361 times across 160 bears, Monk robes 267 times across 113. In the mirror, it's taH tekcuB (Bucket Hat) — 69 sales on 48 bears — and sarG idraM (Mardi Gras), whose best sale hit 6,589 XRP.
The boldest askslive on a different axis. On png.cafe's shelves a Farmer-clothes Fuzzybear and several sraebyzzuF — dnomaiD htuoM (Diamond Mouth), adnaP ruF (Panda Fur), nayiaS raewdaeH (Saiyan) — ask a flat100,000 XRP. Read those as statements, not prices: nothing has ever cleared near six figures. A tier below them sit asks like Jester headwear at 33,085 XRP (92 exist) and Merry Christmas clothes at 24,698.
And then there's the quietest leaderboard: the traits that never trade. 868 Fuzzybears — 27% of supply — have never sold once, and for some traits the grip is tighter still: Morpheus-eyed bears are 37% never-sold with just 14 of 99 on the market; Bitcoin Buster jackets 43% never-sold; of every Sheriff and Park Ranger hat in existence, barely a handful are for sale. sraebyzzuF is the real vault: 557 of 1,230 — 45% — have never traded, and traits like reitalocohC (Chocolatier) and oeN seyE (Neo — 52 bears, 9 listed)are over 60% never-sold. Low volume here isn't weak demand — it's diamond hands. You can't buy what nobody sells.

In July 2026 a new lane opened: png.cafe's $FUZZY-denominated marketplace. It's young — five Fuzzybear trades in its first two weeks — but the sizes are not small: 193.7M $FUZZY in volume already, topped by Fuzzybear #2694 at 100,000,000 $FUZZY— a record #1556's ask would triple. These trades never touch the XRP order books, which means the mirror market now has a mirror of its own: part of this economy is priced in the project's native token, invisible to anyone watching only XRP.
Put the ledgers side by side and the picture is unusually clean: volume concentrated early, supply steadily migrating into wallets that do not sell, asks detaching from clears, and both medians at or near all-time highs sixteen and nine months in. Whatever the two bears are worth tomorrow, the record says today's holders aren't asking. The timestamps are facts. The conclusions are yours.
